Gold Star Shipping Terms

  • Gold Star Guarantee: Items marked with a gold star are guaranteed to dispatch within 48 hours if ordered by 2pm, Monday–Friday.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday.

  • Split Shipping: Orders valued at £100 or more will ship in parts—in-stock items ship now, and pre-orders ship later at no extra cost.

  • Mixed Orders Under £100: These terms do not apply to orders under £100 that include both gold star and pre-order items. Such orders will be dispatched when all items are available.
