It has been a few days since I placed my order and have only received an order confirmation.

Our dispatch processing time is 3-6 working days (not incl. weekends and public holidays) from the point of purchase. You will receive a dispatch notification email within this period of time.

Please note due to the seasonal spike in orders, dispatch times may differ to those originally stated. We appreciate your patience during this time, please note you will receive an email update once your order has been dispatched. 

Can I upgrade my shipping to next day delivery?

Next day delivery is currently not a service we offer. 

I have placed an order and would like to add/remove an item.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so we are unable to make adjustments once submitted. A new item can only be added by placing a new order and removing an item or cancelling an order would require you contacting support@trapstarlondon.com, quoting your order reference number. However if our warehouse has already started to process the order we are unable to cancel it. 

My order has been cancelled and I don't know why.

As a precaution on our website, the system declines orders that show any signs of being fraudulent. Not to worry, please email a picture of your ID and the last 4 digits of your card to secure@trapstarlondon.com and you will be invoiced for the product you want and that will be sent. Kindly include your order number that begins with TS. Apologies for the inconvenience and do hope this helps

 

Customs Charges?

All orders are shipped from the UK. Trapstar are in no way involved in the request of any customs charges or taxes when your order reaches your destination country.
 
These charges vary and are responsible to be paid by the recipient.
