A working day is classed as Monday to Friday where there is no public holiday.
What is the difference between a despatch time and a delivery time?
We use a complex network of suppliers and couriers to get you the product you deserve. This means our process and despatch times vary between 3-10 working days.
Once we have despatched, your order will be delivered depending on your location or which courier we use. More information on delivery times can be found here.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
If you are still within our despatch window, we kindly ask you to be patient whilst we despatch your order. More information on our despatch window can be found here.
Which couriers do you use?
For UK deliveries we use DPD.
For European deliveries, we use a mixture of DPD and DHL.
For all deliveries outside of Europe, we use DHL.
What are your transit times for each courier?
Transit times depend on the destination and service used. For DPD domestic, we always use a next day service (not including weekend). For DPD Europe, we always ship using DPD Classic. For DHL, we always use an express service. Please see full list of transit times for each country:

Can I have my order delivered to a PO box
No, our preferred couriers cannot deliver to a PO box.
Both DPD and DHL do offer delivery options to collection points.
